You ask about Suitcase II and MasterJuggler.  I have Suitcase II, and
a friend has MasterJuggler.  He is converting to Suitcase II for reasons
that are unknown to me, but he says Suitcase II is a much better product.

As for the Sound and FKey movers, you are looking for the programs called
Sound Mover and FKey Manager respectively.  I believe that they are on the 
SUMEX archives or on CIS since I have them, and those are the two main places
that I get such things.
