PC TOOLS DELUXE by Central Point Software has an Optimizer.  It took
approximately 4 minutes to do the 20 Meg internal on the SE I use. 

It has several options, one being an analyze button to show the space
used, free, #folders, #files, and the # of fragmented files, so one can
compare the difference by analyzing before and after optimizing.
