I don't know of a PD app. but AlSoft makes a great disk optimizer called 
DiskExpress. I does the best job of any I have found. Much better then SUM.
I think it is about $40.00 retail. so you could probably get it Mail Order 
for about $32.

I don't work for AlSoft. I just use some of there products.
