Correct me if I'm wrong, but Apple has no ties to claris anymore, and Claris
OWNS MacWrite, MacDraw, MacPaint, ClarisCAD, etc.... So Apple would have no
grounds to sue...

(Besides, they'll probably call them NeXTWrite, NeXTPaint,... :^) )
