 I received my upgrade notice a few days ago. I was one of the
ones who believed in sending in your registration card. I purchased Word
at my college's computer store.  At the bottom of the upgrade notice
a message stated that the upgrades are not available to those
who purchased Word under educational discount.  Does this mean
I am stuck with my version (3.01)? :-( [I was hoping to get the preview
problems fixed].
