As a recent purchaser of an NEC CD-ROM drive for my Mac, I was
wondering how many other pioneers there are on the net.  (Yeah, I
know, count the arrows imbedded in their backs.)  I'd be curious about
reactions to disks, incompatibilities between drives, etc.  

Any interest in getting a mailing list going to discuss this sort of
