Anbinder) Organization: Department of Media Services, Cornell University, Ithaca NY Lines: 33 The MacTrek Star Trek Trivia Game (version 0.99) that I posted to INFO-MAC and comp.binaries.mac a couple of weeks ago is not compatible with the TMON debugger. A couple of users have informed me that the symptoms are confusing, since the game appears to work until the user selects a wrong answer out of the multiple choice buttons. There are a couple of possible solutions: * Get all of the correct answers. This is the easiest solution. :-) * Remove TMON Startup from your System Folder and reboot before running MacTrek, or deactivate it in any other appropriate way. * Wait until MacTrek IS compatible with TMON. This may be a while, as I don't have a copy of TMON or the money to buy one. If anyone can tell me why the programs are incompatible, maybe I can fix mine without seeing TMON. For those who are curious, the problem crops up when the MacTrek program attempts to produce the buzzing sound with which it indicates an incorrect answer. I don't think I'm doing anything TOO creative with the sound, but I'll check again. Please send additional bug reports for MacTrek to me as soon as possible. I'd like to make the program as good as it can be, so I need your help in reporting all of the little quirks you've found. -- Mark H.
