There's a program called FontSizer that's available for about a hundred bucks (maybe less mail-order) that might do what you want, but you'll need a LaserWriter to use it. Basically, it creates screen fonts of arbitrary size based on the contents of the LaserWriter's memory. I think people generally use it for large point sizes and display type (Apple's fonts get pretty jaggy when you go above 24 pt.), but I don't see why it couldn't be used for smaller type sizes as well.
