Why are postings to comp.sources.mac moderated at all?  At our site the last
message to c.s.m is #9, and this hasn't changed in months.  I think people
should be encouraged to post to c.s.m., and I can't see that the load is such
that it needs to be moderated.  Are there other reasons?
