The fact(s) that the Notification Manager will completely stop the foreground application, or that I only have to copy a few more PD programs onto my hard disk to get the most spectacular crash (if not running under Desktop Manager), are more pressing problems than putting in a feature no one has any legitimate use for. The above is strictly my personal opinion! BTW, yes I know about the problem with _Launch, but that will be adressed shortly (or so I hope). And yes, I know that you want to leave space for the Finder's icons when zooming out and if MF is running, but having a check box in your preferences is the better way to do it.
