I'm about to purchase a Mac IIcx, on which I'll be doing
some programming.  Some programs will be new, and some
will be ports from Borland's Turbo C.  I'd like to have
full access to all of the Mac operating system from the
language.  

Can anyone recommend the best compiler to use?  What 
should I expect to pay?
