I remember helping students complete their first Mac assignment back when
we had only 2 public macs. They were following instructions to print and
had found the cooser, acs in our school. They
laserwriter appeared in the box. There was only one name on the list, they
thought they were done and tried to print without success. Well after much
confusion, now we all know you need to click on the name to highlight it,
even if it is the only choice available. Again, not very intuitive...
