Message-ID: <2897@tank.uchicago.edu> Date: 25 Apr 89 18:22:56 GMT Sender: news@tank.uchicago.edu Organization: University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Lines: 8 Sorry about the aborted messages, folks, I'm still getting used to this. Anyway, my original question was: How can I use the serial driver to tele- communicate? I've written code that follows IM exactly (in 'C'), and that does talk to the modem, and the modem does echo my characters back, but it refuses to respond to them (i.e. 'AT' does not bring an 'OK'). Does anyone have or know where I can get some example code for a terminal emulator? This really shouldn't be that tough! -James-
