In the dir /MyDisk/Administration/Private/conf/zoneinfo the file localtime should be linked to the appropiate file, e.i. EST5EDT 2. In /etc/rc.boot you should have the command date -t 300 -d 1 This should set you up with EST + daylight-savings rules.
