On the 3000 IRIS systems this was very helpful when debugging That capability is in dbx as of the 3.2 release of IRIX. One can call a function using the ``ccall'' statement (for functions not returning anything), or as a function call in an expression (typically in a ``print'' statement). Regards, [ David B.
