When you append an item to an existing menu. The menu_get() function seems
to return 0 inside the notify_proc when that item is selected, event
though the item occupies the nth slot in the menu. Wait a minute; I meant
MENU_VALUE attribute called by menu_get(). Even though MENU_STRING is
returned OK. Is that normal \8=(
