A question for the sunview wizards out there: How can a process determine
whether a particular one of its subwindows (a readonly textsw) currently
holds the primary selection?  And, if it does, which line of the logical
window the selection begins on.  This is identical to what mailtool does
when the selection is in the upper window and you click on one of the
control panel buttons.
