It sounded like a neat protocol, and the results sure seemed interesting. If I remember correctly, there's a paper on the protocol and the implementation in the Atlanta Usenix proceedings; if it's not there, I'd check other Usenix proceedings, as I'm pretty sure that's where I saw a paper. There are other references, too, but I am less familiar with those. I also do not know the number for the RFC describing RDP, though I think it may be 908. That one is, at least, called 'Reliable Data Protocol'...
