I have been trying without success to read vms backup tapes on my sun.
The program thats been around for some years, vmsbackup (version 3.0),
apparently is unable to read some perfectly valid backup tapes.  Does
anyone out there have a more recent version of vmsbackup or other program
which can robustly read vms backup tapes ?
