I am trying to access the Tandy 1000's extended CGA graphics modes.
Specifically the 320 x 200 x 16 color and 640 x 200 x 4 color modes.

I am able to enter these modes by using INT 15 and setting AL to
0x09 or 0x0a; however I still need to set aside some system memory
(16kB??).  Does anyone have Turbo C 1.5 code to do this?
