Does anyone have mode_def's for the Apple LaserWriter NTX?  We've
replaced a LaserWriter Plus with a LaserWriter NTX and the TeX output
looks bad (characters too thin -- built-in fonts look fine though.)
I think that the NTX uses the Canon SX engine. Thanks,
