I am negotiating with software publishers to publish software that
I have authored.  This is the first time I have ever considered
entering such agreements.  I would really like to know of others'
experiences with software publishing.  I understand that either outright
sale or royalties are both common publishing agreements.  What is
a fair price?  What is a fair royalty percentage?
