Greetings Netland!

    I grabbed the new server and went to build it for aed, apa16, and apa8c.
Unfortunately, I had to scrap the idea of building for the apa8c.  It seems I
am missing (at least) 2 include files.  They are genDecls.h and genProcs.h.
Where might I find these files?  Also, has anybody worked up support for a
monochrome apa8?  Will the apa8c code work on it?
