In rebuilding Xibm, the loader complains about an undefined symbol,
partmasks.  It seems to be referenced by 'ddx/ibm/ppc/ppc.o', one
of the files which are distributed in object form only.

Am I doing something wrong, and can someone suggest a workaround?
