It said "Loading shell...done", and then froze. I did a few C-g's, and a few minutes later it core dumped. I have kept the core dump. Is it worth sending it to you? (By cartridge tape, I guess?) There is currently no FTP between here and there. GNU Emacs 18.50.3 of Wed Aug 17 1988 on rigel (usg-unix-v)
