I'm not saying that such a magazine would be particuarly worthwhile to read, but there is a fundamental problem when we propose to have the government, an intrinsic monopoly, engage in publishing. Either we give everyone equal access, or we allow the government to decide what ideas should be subsidized, and which should not. Perhaps the government doesn't belong in this business? -- Clayton E.
