In the latest issue of FidoNews (Vol 6, #17), which can be found in
comp.org.fidonet, there is a wide ranging debate about their next
operating policy document. It's very interesting. It recapitulates a
number of the debates seen on USENET from one time or another.

Read it, and be glad that we don't have nearly the same number of
problems as they do...
