I'll say.  We have two types of users here.  We can't get engineering staff
to call us when they need a new cable, or new wiring strung, or something
fixed on their PC.  They'll just do it themselves.  But our F&A staff, well
they don't know the difference between their VT200 and the Vax it talks to;
it's all just "the Vax" to them.
