I don't recall anyone mentioning that the REAL hassle (demerit points) are given for exceeding the limit by 16km/h, so there's really not too much of a problem exceeding the posted limit by 10km/h (if you don't mind risking a fine.) -- Any opinions stated above may, or may not, refect those of any sane person living, dead, or just sleeping.
