Eng. Sistemas e Computadores, LISBOA. PORTUGAL. Lines: 18 I have a question and probably you know how to answer it. Supose I have two complementar DNA segments (both make one complete strand), and both are translated into RNAm (messenger RNA). This way, we will obtain two diferent RNAm (indeed complementar to each other). Are they going to codify two diferent proteins ? Or is there any way of expressing only one ? In that case, which one ? I know, to be this much ignorant is a sin, but God is all forgiving. -Nuno Lanca --=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--= Nuno Alexandre Martins Lanca Dpto de Quimica, Faculdade de Ciencias da Universidade de Lisboa Lisboa - Portugal --=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=--=
