I am looking for references - especially good review papers on
mechanisms of learning, memory, plasticity and development from
the perspectives of neuroscience and psychology. Please e-mail

[A good place to start is the Scientific American reprint,
 "The Anatomy of Memory".  I got it free for subscribing
 recently.  "Science", the AAAS journal, also has a lot of that
 kind of thing, I've noticed several articles in the past 
 year or so.
