I apologize for posting an article that was incorrect.  I can't begin to tell
how much I am upset by people that speak before they think.  Alas, I have met
the enemy and he is me.  I honestly thought Centaurs used Hydrazine for fuel
and the need for dumping it was a factor in the program's cancellation.  I do
know that there is a program somewhere that had trouble with expelled non-
cryogenic fuels and when I find it I will report back.  In the mean time, my
desire to post "facts" from memory caused me to lessen my quality and I again
wish to apologize to anyone that may have mislead by my un-facts.
