Computer for Sale:  WorkSlate Laptop

Size: 8 1/2 by 11 by 1 inch deep (notebook size)

Built in Programs include: Spreadsheet, Wordpro, Appointment Reminder,
Clock and Alarm, Calculator, Finance Functions, Phone List Manager.

Built in Hardware includes: Mini Cassette Drive for data AND voice (at
the same time too), 16 line LCD display, Microphone,  Full Keyboard,
all cables and connectors, 300 baud modem, Adapter for AC power.

Misc. include : Leather Case for computer, all manuals, 10 software
packages, including Real Estate Manager, Portfolio Manager, 
Communications Software.

Also : 4 colour, 4 1/2 inch printer/plotter, slim, matches computer.

Summary: Neat little thing, fits easily into my briefcase. I really hate
to see it go, (just bought a house with wife, need cash).  You can save
all your date onto the tapes, 20 included, easily found at Radio Shack.
Will answer your phone for you, and play a pre-recorded message that is
on your tape if you are away from the desk.  For students (example) can
use tape to record the class, while also taking notes on the built in
notepad.  For business (example) you can be talking on the speakerphone,
recording the conversation, taking notes in the notepad, switch at the 
same time and book an appointment with the gentleman in the Calendar.
You can use the Phone list manager to highlight the name, and it will
automatically dial the number for you.  When you get home, connect it 
to the little printer and print out in any one of four colours.  You
can print sideways, condensed and accross the width ( and any combination
thereof).  Brought it in from the United States last month,  includes
all the manuals, and software docs.
Let's see what else, oh yeah, automatic shutoff after 5 minutes, but if
there is a phone call, it turns on and rings.  Stuff like that, all in
one little package.
 
Asking $ 720.00 for both computer and printer (meaning everything)
