Is there anything special I have to be aware of when hooking up a 3B1 and
a Telebit Plus? Are the registors set as normal, or are there a couple of
considerations? Does the 3B1 have hardware flow control?

The info is needed, becuase a site I am about to feed, is getting ready
to setup their box for news. Any info on the news setup (2.14), hooking
up the Telebit, or info on 3B1 quirks, will be GREATLY appreciated.
