Can anybody point me towards some good optical character recognition software.
I need software that can be trained for various foreign languages.  I currently
have access to about half a dozen OCR programs, but their accuracy rate is
about 90%.  I need something much more accurate.

I can use anything that includes source (I can get it ported).  If only
executables are available, I have access to IBM PC, AT, Mac, Sun Workstations,
Vaxes, Unix workstations, HCX, MCX, Harris, IBM mainframe and probably can get
to some others.
