Dyer Computer Consulting, Cambridge MA Lines: 12 Microcom claims to sell an ethernet bridge which works over low-speed analog lines. Has anyone used a pair of these? Anyone know of similar products? A IP router would be OK, too. I'm presently using SLIP, but am finding that it puts a bit of a load on my CPU. Ideally, I'd like to find something which can plug into a 19.2kb async line or a sync 56kb DSU/CSU. Yeah, and low cost, too... -- Steve Dyer dyer@ursa-major.spdcc.com aka {ima,harvard,rayssd,linus,m2c}!spdcc!dyer dyer@arktouros.mit.edu
