	I was wondering if it's possible to use the Compose Character key
on a DEC LK201 keyboard under (GNU) Emacs (18.53) and VMS (V5.1) as a Meta
key.  I thought I saw someone had managed this, but it might have been under
Ultrix, which wouldn't help me much.  Please post directly to me and I will
summarize.
