	I am looking for a converter that will compress an un-indexed
polygon file to an indexed-polgon file. Input is as follows:

	polygon
		# Vertex one
		normal x y z
		vertex x y z
		.
		.
		# Vertex n
		normal x y z
		vertex x y z
	end

	The output would be a list of vertices (all unique), an index
list of vertices and an index list of normals.
