I have been learning C++ from the Stroustrup book, but it seems that
there have been additions that are in common use that aren't documented
there, such as the "protected" keyword.  Is there a more up-to-date
reference than the Book?  Better yet, could somebody post a short
summary of any new features in the language?  Thanks,
