I am posting the following for an associate at SLAC (Stanford Linear
Accelerator Center:


I currently am maintaining Waterloo C on SLAC's VM system while its usual
"owner" is in Europe.  A local user has inquired about the possibility of
implementing C++ on VM.  Could someone provide a good "starter" pointer?
