With the information package from ISE, there are several
issues of Chap-de-Mars.  In these it says:

    Chap-de-Mars is published by ISE Inc. as a service to
    users of the Eiffel language and programming environment.

Does this mean that anyone that ordered the Eiffel system will
get Champ-de-Mars automatically, or do I need to take some action
to get it. I can't find anything about it in the documentation.

PS. I didn't receive an issue since we got the compiler,
    which is about three months ago.
