I am looking for some tools to assist in the translation of CFT77 constructs
to ANSI FORTRAN 77. Specificly I am looking for a tool which translates
constructs of the form

	a(m:n)=b(m:n) + c(m:n)

to the equivalent DO loop notation.

Any help would be appreciated.
