I need some advice on selecting a database package or a group of packages
that can satisy as many of the following parameters as possible:

		1) Portable to UNIX System V, SCO XENIX, Dec VMS, and
		   Dos would be a plus. (But not necessary)
          	2) Color
                3) Windowing Capabilities
	        4) Relational Database Structure (or arguements for good      
                   alternative)
      		5) B-tree file access
		6) No file size/table size limitations
		7) Efficient in handling datafiles around 30 megs
		8) Powerful report generation utilities
		9) Good Vendor Support

I would be interested in any suggestions about package(s) that may be able   
help me.  Also I would like the approx. costs of the package(s)
