Here is a list of supported compilers from my Btrieve 4.11b documentation.
	mbp COBOL-85, Micro Focus COBOL/2
	Turbo Pascal, Turbo Basic, Turbo C
	Metaware Pascal, SBB Pascal
	MBP COBOL, Micro Focus COBOL, Realia COBOL, RM COBOL
	Microsoft C, Mark Williams C, Ci-C86, Lattice C, DeSmet C
	Microsoft Fortran
	Microsoft QuickBasic, Digital Research CBASIC
	Logitech Modula-2/86
	STSC APL*PLUS

Now, other compilers can obviously also be used as long as their call
conventions are compatible with one of the above (eg Microsoft Pascal would
definitely work).
