It is a compressed and revised Oh! Pascal!. Plus it includes the complete Standard Pascal User Reference Manual. It is generally aimed more to students who have had a little prior programming experience whereas Oh! Pascal! is geared a little more towards beginners. They are both excellent. Personally I prefer Condensed Pascal.
