I just installed patch #2 for ELM and it failed to install, so I thought I
would ask for help since I am not a 'C' programmer or a smart patch user.
I have installed patches #0 and #1, when I tried to add #2 it got as far as
src/Makefile.SH.  It said it was looking for version 2.15 and that it did
not match.  So I went ahead and looked and both it and Makefile 
both were ver 2.15 so I went ahead and continued.  Then I
got to utils/Makefile.SH and it failed on hunk #1 and hunk #2.  I
looked at the changes and they were for lines 16,22 and 16,22 then 29,34
and 29,37.  My question is is there a bug in this patch and if not I'll
try again.  I did everything in sequence before and I received no error
messages so I am not sure of what the problem is.  Thanks for any advice, I
like ELM and will use it and I would like to say thank you to the
development team.
