Two questions:

How do I configure mh not to connect the local sendmail daemon?  We
want to kill our sendmail daemons on our diskless Sun clients.  What
should mh connect to instead?  What do I change in the config file?

Why is it that repl does not send to addresses that were cc'd to when I
got the mail I am am responding to?  Even "repl -cc all" doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong, either in installing or using mh?
