Does anyone have information about the "domaing routing database"
that uumail uses? Specifically I'm interested in information
on the format of the lines/records in the database.

ELM uses this database, but there's a conflict between the ELM
code and the ELM documentation, and since this database exists
independent of ELM, we need to find out what is the *correct*
format of lines in the database.

Can someone please help?

This database has lines of the format something like:

  .COM, >hplabs, , %P!%U@%D

The discrepancy is whether blanks must follow the commas or must not
follow the commas.
