Subject: Cannot start mushtool from .suntools on Sun 4

I'm running mush 6.5.1 on a Sun 4 SunOS 4.0.1.  When I try to start
mushtool with the following line:

mush   -Wp  208 121 -Ws 732 700 -WP   0   0 -Wi -Wb 255 255 255 -Wf 200   0   0 -t

I get the following messages in my contool:

ttysw_handlesigwinch, can't get tty process group: No such device
gtty failed: No such device

and the tool doesn't come up.  While this is different than the message I
used to get (something about not being able to redirect), it's no better.
This doesn't happen on a Sun 3.

Has anyone else seen this?
