	Hi, 

	Recently I finished upgrading to 1.3 and all has gone picture 
	perfect (to a point) until I tried to use mined.  When I invoke
	mined the screen goes blank just like always but the file that
	should appear next never shows up.  The cursor movement keys
	print escape sequences, or extended characters, when I try to
	use them.  However, I still am able to exit with ctrl-x.

	Is this a problem with having "TERM" defined?  I've also been
	having some problems getting it set up correctly.  (Any help 
	with this would also be appreicated.)  At the moment the only
	ways I can edit is to use version 1.2s mined -- which of course
	requires that I reboot the system and bring it up under 1.2.

	Any help would be greatly appreicated.
